Our Approach to Designing and Building Your Custom Home

We begin with an initial meeting to understand your vision for your new home, including style preferences, site location, any inspiration photos or layouts you may have, and budget.

Next, Wooden Eye Enterprises offers custom home design services for clients who wish to be actively involved in the design process. We've partnered with architects, designers, and trusted professionals from Hammond and Viking Lumber to bring your ideas to life.

Once we've selected a design, we work with you to finalize the layout, including interior and exterior details, kitchen and bath choices, heating and cooling systems, lighting, window placement, and any sustainable living features you'd like. After addressing all your questions, we'll provide a detailed project estimate.

Construction typically takes 6-12 months, depending on the season and the complexity of the home's customizations.
